Services

01.
  • Assessment and diagnosis can take up to three appointments. It includes a comprehensive history, a timeline of signs and symptoms, and how they are interfering with daily living.
     

  • Therapy/counseling are indicated by the type of diagnosis and services that are being sought. Counseling tends to be goal focused and of shorter duration than therapy can be. Therapy is offered for more chronic mental health conditions like chronic depression, anxiety, and unresolved trauma.
     

  • Treatment planning is our roadmap to recovery and feeling better. These are revisited to measure improvement and make sure we are utilizing the right modalities to see the best outcome possible. 

  • Behavioral planning is offered for our established clients. We can attend multidisciplinary team meetings with the appropriate permission and offer what steps we see as being beneficial to the client in their school/work environment.

  • Groups and organizations who fell they can benefit from educational presentations on specific mental health topics or diagnosis.
     

  • Teachers and other educators who are seeking better understanding of how the neuro-divergent brain is different from a neuro-normative brain.
     

  • Administrators who are striving to take the best care of their employees, no matter their health concerns.
     

  • Health fairs and educational conferences that wish to address mental health stigma and/or specific illnesses. 

     

03.
  • Supervising for LICSW may be offered to those who are requesting this service.
     

  • Expert witness testimony is available.
     

  • Mitigation services for individuals involved in legal proceedings who may have an undiagnosed mental health condition.
     

  • Consulting services for primary care physicians, educators, and human resource departments is available.
